CTA initiated a regional project “Scaling-Up Climate-Smart Agricultural Solutions for Cereals and Livestock Farmers in Southern Africa" to strengthen the resilience of smallholder maize and livestock farmers to climate extremes.

CTA initiated a regional project "Scaling-Up Climate-Smart Agricultural Solutions for Cereals and Livestock Farmers in Southern Africa" to strengthen the resilience of smallholder maize and livestock farmers to climate extremes. The project which targets to reach 140,000 smallholder farmers is implemented in collaboration with government departments, private sector, farmers’ organisations and NGOs in Zambia, Zimbabwe and Malawi. The meeting is organised for all the implementing partners in the project countries to review the implementation and key results of the project and plan for next season’s activities in the various countries.
