Experience capitalisation institutionalisation workshop

Experience capitalisation institutionalisation workshop

Event Overview

The main objective of CTA's experience capitalisation project has been to encourage the adoption of the approach - its regular use by projects and organisations. Largely as the result of the work done by many facilitators, it is now possible to see many cases where this institutionalisation process is already taking place, in different parts of the world.

This workshop is planned as a moment to analyse these cases in detail. The interaction among all participants, and the description and analysis of a few cases, will help us identify the main factors behind an effective institutionalisation initiative, and help us share the most important lessons with all those involved in the project, and with those interested in starting a new capitalisation process.
