Cédric Jeanneret-Grosjean

Biography

Cédric has a MSc in geography from the University of Montreal, Canada. He is an expert in geographic information science and cartography, and has worked as an environmental advisor with CAJ & Associates, International Consultants, in Ottawa, Canada. He recently worked in Burkina Faso as an information systems technical advisor for the ‘Centre régional pour l’eau potable et l’assainissement à faible coût’ (CREPA). At Contactivity Cédric coordinates and conducts web research for several web information services, including Knowledge for Development and ICTUpdate.

UAVs also offer opportunities, at the grassroots’ level, for communities to monitor use of and access to the resources that their livelihoods depend upon.
