Biography
Dr Heike Baumüller coordinates ZEF’s Program of Accompanying Research for Agricultural Innovation (PARI). In her research, she focuses on the role of information and communication technologies in increasing the productivity and income of smallholder farmers in Africa. She holds a PhD in Agricultural Sciences from the University of Bonn and a Master of Environmental Studies from Macquarie University, Sydney.
