Lilian Nekesa Mabonga

Biography

She is a project management professional with 10 years’ experience in projects and strategic management. This includes: designing, implementing, monitoring and evaluation including people and financial oversight. Lilian has been working in programme management with the primary aim of eliminating poverty and powerlessness, and settling people. To basically eradicate poverty by empowering communities to prosper, be self -sufficient and economic independent specifically for youth, women. She has worked with different groups of farmers in a myriad of projects especially in renewable energy, WASH,agriculture. In these projects, she has worked in to ensure food security, sustainability post donor funding, eradication of poverty, access to finance, gender equality, zero hunger by coming up with program designs that will ensure the above are met. She has provided leadership for her team and strategic direction for the programme management as well as ensuring business development and growth of the projects portfolio.
