Biography
Steven Jonckheere is IFAD’s Senior Technical Specialist – Gender and Social Inclusion in the Climate, Environment, Gender and Social Inclusion Division. Mr Jonckheere has more than 10 years of combined experience in rural development. Before joining IFAD, he worked as a professional officer and consultant dealing with issues related to land tenure security and rural institutions.
