During the event, scientists from the Pacific will conduct an exchange in the Caribbean (Jamaica & Trinidad and Tobago) to learn new breeding techniques of root crops, including staple food crops, and cash crops. They will be visiting a number of research institutions in both countries. Participants' experiences will be documented and will later contribute to an impact stories publication.
